I note that you have still not replied to my letter of 3 March. Perhaps it was rather thoughtless of me to have sent it to you in English. I am therefore sending it to you below, in Greek. I look forward to your reply.

Dear Nikos Dendias,

I enjoyed our chat at the Estonian National Day.

I wonder if you have any comments about my views on Greece and Russia, contained in the Eleftherotypia interview of me of 12 March 2011 (attached), that I sent you on 23 February.

I would also appreciate your views on why the public prosecutor has not at least asked Mr. Papadimos about his alleged role in advising the Simitis government on taking us into the Euro, based on a pack of what I can only describe mildly as disinformation. It strikes me as bizarre if one of the chief protagonists is 'prime minister'. Finally, I should be grateful for your views on why the elections keep getting postponed.

I look forward to your considered reply. It will help me in advising people for whom to vote, in case we ever do have elections.....

Αγαπητέ κ. Νίκο Δένδια,

Παρατηρώ ότι ακόμη δεν έχετε απαντήσει στην από 3 Μαρτίου επιστολή μου. Πιθανώς να ήταν απερίσκεπτο εκ μέρους μου που σας την απέστειλα στην αγγλική, και -ως εκ τούτου- σας την επισυνάπτω εκ νέου, αυτή τη φορά στην ελληνική. Αναμένω με ανυπομονησία την απάντησή σας.

Αγαπητέ κ. Νίκο Δένδια,

Απήλαυσα την συζήτησή μας κατά την Εθνική Ημέρα Εσθονίας.

Διερωτώμαι εάν έχετε κάποια σχόλια επί των απόψεών μου περί της Ελλάδος και της Ρωσίας, όπως αυτές εκτίθενται στην συνέντευξη την οποία παρεχώρησα στην Ελευθεροτυπία στις 12 Μαρτίου 2011 (συνημμένη), και την οποία σας απέστειλα στις 23 Φεβρουαρίου.

Θα εκτιμούσα επίσης την άποψή σας ως προς το γιατί η αρμοδία εισαγγελική αρχή δεν έχει εισέτι τουλάχιστον ερωτήσει τον κ. Παπαδήμο σχετικώς με τον ρόλο τον οποίον φέρεται να είχε ως σύμβουλος της κυβερνήσεως Σημίτη υπέρ της εισόδου της χώρας μας στο Ευρώ, βασιζόμενος πάνω σε κάτι που μπορεί να περιγραφεί μόνο ως παραπληροφόρηση. Μου φαίνεται τουλάχιστον περίεργο που ένας από τους πρωτεργάτες αυτής της υποθέσεως είναι πλέον ‘πρωθυπουργός’. Τέλος, θα σας ήμουν ευγνώμων αν μου δίνατε την άποψή σας περί του γιατί οι εκλογές αναβάλλονται συνεχώς.

Αναμένω με ανυπομονησία την εμπεριστατωμένη απάντησή σας, καθώς θα με βοηθήσει τα μέγιστα να συμβουλεύσω γνωστούς μου ως προς το ποιον να ψηφίσουν σε περίπτωση που τελικώς αποφασιστεί να διεξαχθούν κάποια στιγμή εκλογές…
